These terms govern your participation in the Side Whisper early access program. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Side Whisper is operated by Crăciun Cosmin Viorel PFA, Romania.

• Early access is invitation-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
• We invite users in waves at our discretion. Early signups receive priority but this is not a binding commitment.
• Early access is provided free of charge. Final pricing will be communicated before public launch.

• Side Whisper is a Windows desktop application distributed through the Microsoft Store.
• During early access, features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
• The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose during the early access phase.

• When invited, you will need to create an account using the email address you signed up with.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us during early access may be used to improve Side Whisper without obligation or compensation. We appreciate your input!

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary and respect your GDPR rights.

We may terminate or suspend your early access at any time and for any reason. You may opt out at any time by unsubscribing from our emails.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side Whisper and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software or participation in the early access program.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
